We ordered spray roses for a wedding this weekend. When they arrived, I noticed that the packaging was moldy, and some of the flowers were brown and limp. As an award winning floral designer, I knew these roses were far past their prime. I called to explain the problem and request a replacement. The woman I spoke with was very curt, and demanded she would have to see for herself if the roses were bad. My parents took a trip to their shop with the roses. She said that they use this quality of roses all of the time, and made my parents pay for replacement roses. This was the last time any of us will do business there.
Sherbon's Market made all of my wedding flowers. They were BEAUTIFUL. Everyone there was easy to work with when putting ideas together. They also delivered them to the wedding venue the day of making one less thing for me to do on my wedding day. I was very happy with the service I received at Sherbon's in my wedding floral search. Thanks to everyone there!
